We provide full CAD design solutions, engineering strategies, & practical solutions right through to final manufacture all in house. Unlike other engineering companies, we listen to your exact needs & incorporate your ideas, while using our wide range of knowledge in the industry to guide a collaborated effort to offer the best outcome for you. We have created a large database of knowledge with over 35yrs of design & manufacture experience.

About Swiftek Engineering

Swiftek Engineering was established in 2013 by Andrew Collins, after spending over 35yrs working in the motorsports industry. Son of a well-respected New Zealand racer/engine & car builder Warner Collins, Andrew was born into motorsport and knew from an early age engineering was what fueled his purpose in life.

After completing an apprenticeship as a fitter and turner by the age of 19, with advanced scholarship degrees along the way, he quickly found a home in the race teams in dirt track oval speedway. Working with multiple NZ Midgetcar champion and USAC feature winner Graham Strandring, they worked together on the development of the “rocker suspension” midget car, which proved virtually unbeatable in NZ and Australia and later was run with great success by legendary US driver Sleepy Tripp.

With a move to Australia in 1997 to work with the late Jason Richards in Touring Cars and then V8 Supercars, the depth of knowledge in race car engineering and product manufacture grew immensely.

Three V8 Supercar Championships in 2003/04/05 with Stone Brothers Racing, and now over 15 years’ experience involved in the leading Touring Car category in the world, has inspired some world class products used and recommended by some of the best in the business globally.

In a short space of time, Swiftek Engineering has built a solid reputation in motorsports & the automotive aftermarket as being "The Engineering Choice of Champions".
